Young Birds

　　A little girl went in search of flowers for her mother.

　　一個(gè)小女孩為她的媽媽去采花。

　　It was early in the day, and the grass was wet. Sweet little birds were singing all around her. And what do you think she found besides flowers?

　　這天清晨，草地還很濕。漂亮的小鳥在她周圍歌唱。你認(rèn)為她在發(fā)現(xiàn)花朵之外還找到了什么？

　　A nest with young birds in it.

　　是個(gè)鳥窩，里面有許多剛出生的小鳥。

　　While she was looking at them, she heard the mother bird chirp, as if she said, “Do not touch my children, little girl, for I love them dearly.”

　　當(dāng)她看著它們時(shí)，她聽到鳥媽媽唧唧地在叫，好像在說(shuō)：“小姑娘，不要碰我的孩子，我深深愛它們。”

　　The little girl now thought how dearly her own mother loved her.

　　小女孩此刻想起了自己的媽媽有多么愛她。

　　So she left the birds. Then picking some flowers, she went home, and told her mother what she had seen and heard.
